Roller Repair and Recovery
We offer a service for the ‘as new’ repair and recovering of rollers for a range of applications and industries, from print to packaging and converting, steel production to PCB manufacture.
We offer a high quality and reliable service, whether it be the need to recover a worn out roller or produce a new spindle, we can offer you advice on your requirements and provide you with a rapid turn around. This is why when a customer switches to us, they return again and again.
Why waste your money on new replacement rollers, when you can refurbish your existing worn (or damaged) rollers to ‘as new’ condition, at a fraction of the OEM price.
Conveyor / Spreader Rollers
Rubber, polyurethane and silicone rollers are produced for rollers used in conveyors for any type of product. From industrial highly loaded applications to food and pharmaceutical. Profile grinding including crowning and grooving are available options.
Envelope Manufacturing

Folder Rollers
A particular speciality is the refurbishing of folding machine rollers. The speed, accuracy and smooth operation of a folding machine depends heavily on the condition of its rollers. We only use polyurethane which is cast and bonded around the folder roller, before precision grinding (all to OEM specification). This is a far superior method to that of gluing rubber strips or rings onto your folder rollers, a method which other suppliers utilise and which tend to fall apart after a jam.
Laminating Rollers
We can repair a range of laminator rollers, for a range of applications from cold to hot, paper to film, in a range of materials (depending on their specific use) including silicone, synthetic rubber and polyurethane.
Mailing Equipment
We can manufacture a full range of rollers used in mailing houses. These include compliant rollers for Pitney Bowes mailing machines. Rollers and wheels for folders, collators, inserters, gluers, bursters etc for all mailroom applications.
Printing Rollers
We specialise in Narrow Web Rubber Rollers 30” and smaller for various applications, including:

Blanket wash brushes for automatic blanket wash systems
We specialise in the refurbishment of blanket wash brushes (using high quality brush material) used in automatic blanket wash systems. We can refurbish blanket wash brushes for use on Heidelberg SM102, Man Roland 300, 700 and 900 series presses.
Simply send us your used blanket wash brushes and we will repair and return to you a brush that performs like new, yet costs less because we are re-using the existing core.
When we receive your used brush, we inspect the core, remove the used brush face and clean the shafts and hardware (we can repair journal ends if needed). We then apply a new brush to your core and the refurbished blanket wash brush is then promptly shipped back to you.
Vacuum Drums for Folding Equipment
- Heidelberg Stahl Vacuum Drums.
- Full exchange service available on two and three hole Vacuum Drums.
- Old steel drums can be machined down and re-covered in polyurethane.
